ShortFin Labs

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

ShortFin Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we"), runs shortfinlabs.com. Our mailing address is 7901 4th St N, Suite 36321, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Questions: hello@shortfinlabs.com.

When you visit. Our host, Cloudflare, receives the information every website receives (your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for) so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our pages set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers. The booking window described below is run by Calendly and follows Calendly's own cookie choices.

Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.

When you book a demo. The three questions on our page stay in your browser until you choose "Pick a time". At that point a booking window run by Calendly opens on our page with your answers filled in, and Calendly asks for your name and email. Nothing loads from Calendly before you open that window. Calendly sends your booking and answers to us and adds the meeting to our Google calendar. Calendly handles this information under its own privacy notice (calendly.com/privacy) and may show you its own cookie choices inside the window.

Demo calls. Demo calls take place on Google Meet and may be recorded and transcribed by Calendly's notetaker so we can follow up accurately. If you'd rather not be recorded, tell us at the start of the call or email hello@shortfinlabs.com beforehand.

When you email or call. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. We keep what you send us so we can reply and, if you ask, arrange a demo.

What we don't do. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including booking answers and call recordings, by emailing hello@shortfinlabs.com.

Changes. If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
